FHD Missions
Hope and Healing For a Brighter Future
March 2017 Greg & Jean Hines met a young man named Rubén in a remote mountain community in the mountains of Honduras where they were serving with a medical mission team.
Rubén had been shot in the neck and left for dead on the side of a dirt road in October of the previous year.
As a result he was paralyzed from the chest down, and in just six months his health had deteriorated significantly. If something was not done he would not likely survive for very much longer.
These are the circumstances God used to lead us to create FHD Missions, a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the work being done in Honduras to bring hope and a brighter future to the people living in the southwestern mountains of Honduras.
Our Vision & Mission
Vision: Working together to responsibly meet physical and spiritual needs of people in the southwestern mountains of Honduras.
Mission: Provide access to quality physical therapy, advanced education opportunities and personal development for stronger families in the rural communities we serve.
